We worked with them to create a marketing campaign unique to their needs as they were looking to better support their current clients while also working to grow their business.

PROJECT SCOPE

After coming to a better understanding of Paradigm’s goals, we first prioritized improving the functionality of their website to give potential clients a better experience with their business on the digital side of things. We then moved forward in strategizing and executing the rest of their campaign, which included improving their presence on social media as well as working to grow their business through Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and LSA’s.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

By providing complete social media management for Paradigm Contracting, we have since established and grown their presence on Facebook and Instagram, using both platforms to highlight the quality of product, and craftsmanship, and work with custom graphics, short-form video, and post content. Across all platforms, we have utilized the brand guidelines we created to be sure each post remains consistent to their voice as well as their visual identity.

Web Design & Development

With our key objectives being to launch a more functional, user-friendly website that would improve their conversion rate, we worked with Paradigm to prioritize the necessary improvements needed to do just that. By re-building their site from the ground up, we were able to simplify the site from end-to-end, giving users a number of opportunities to not only learn more about Paradigm and their capabilities, but also to reach out to them with questions and inquiries at any point in their journey.

Digital Advertising

With a focus on growth from the start of our relationship with Paradigm, we found it best practice to implement digital ads on Social Media, Google, and through LSAs. Through Paradigm’s LSAs we have been able to show them as a trusted general contractor in the community. With LSAs, all insurance, certifications, and licenses must be verified through Google. Paradigm is now Google Guaranteed and shows at the top of Google. This drives more qualified leads to Paradigm and results in more contracts.
