Born in Bangladesh and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Ifrita brings a well-rounded perspective to every project she works on. Ifrita earned a degree in Marketing from Wichita State University and has been thriving in the fast-paced world of social media ever since. Whether she’s planning content calendars, analyzing campaign performance, or jumping on the latest trend, Ifrita always brings strategy and creativity to the table, making sure our clients shine online.
What is your favorite thing about Hexcode?
Being surrounded by creatives, expressing my ideas, and seeing them come to life! I also enjoy helping clients with their branding, marketing, and strategy, and building lasting relationships with them. Participating in happy hour, going on our daily walks, and team bonding activities are some of my other favorite things about Hexcode!

My mom, my friends, and my peers!
What inspires you?
Being able to bring a client’s vision to life. There’s something rewarding about taking their ideas, understanding their goals, and turning that into a final result that exceeds their expectations. Seeing their satisfaction and knowing I played a part in making their vision a reality is what truly motivates me.
What do you like most about your position?
The variety it offers. Managing different clients means I get to work on a range of ideas and projects, which keeps me creatively challenged. It allows me to adapt, think outside the box, and come up with solutions to each client’s needs.
If you could work with any brand in the world, who would it be?
Netflix! It would be a dream come true!
How do you keep up with changes in your corner of marketing?
Being chronically online. Staying curious helps me keep pace with new tools, trends, and strategies.
