Project
Scope

After updating their logo and establishing new brand guidelines, our biggest challenge with this project was creating a content strategy that would not only inform their followers, but also help to connect them with one another. Moving forward, we worked with CTFAC to develop engaging social media posts, print materials, videos, newsletters, and a responsive website that would help to tell their story.

Coming Together Project Scope

Branding

For Coming Together for a Cure’s brand development, we put a lot of thought into the feelings and emotions they wanted to convey as a business. Starting with their color palette, we decided to use blues to provoke feelings of calmness, stability, and trust, as many of the connections in this non-profit were with other families battling rare diseases. We chose orange as a complementary color to support those feelings with positivity and optimism. Over the years, this brand has evolved through different print materials, social media graphics, merchandise, and a website refresh.

CTFAC print design

print design

From brochures to apparel, fliers, business cards, banners, and more, we have worked with CTFAC on a variety of large print projects, helping to spread their message in hopes of bringing together more people in support of finding a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and other rare diseases.

CTFAC website

web design & development

As a non-profit organization founded on such a compelling story, Coming Together for a Cure needed a website that would not only allow them to share that story with the world, but inform more people about Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy and give them a space to connect with others battling rare diseases. With that in mind, we created an intuitive, interactive website that broke down all of their content into sections that were easy for users to navigate and digest, incorporating a clean, friendly, supportive feel in the components throughout the interface.

CTFAC social media

social media management

Our social media strategy with CTFAC has evolved over the years, but we have always aimed to gain support for this cause by providing informative content that is easy for the general public to understand and pairing it with custom graphics. We also strive to help accurately share Ryan’s story by working closely with him and his family to ultimately connect them with others who may be in a similar situation.

CTFAC videography

videography

In the last year, we have helped CTFAC implement videography into their social media content, as well as set up a podcast channel on Spotify for Ryan, while also writing a synopsis for each episode to share on their website and improve accessibility.

CTFAC content

content marketing

As mentioned above, working very closely with Ryan and his family is something we prioritize to ensure we share his story accurately. Following a series of email newsletters, we have also worked with CTFAC in staying up to date with their blog, and in turn built a lasting relationship.

CTFAC CITC

concert in the country

Concert in the Country is an annual fundraising event put on by CTFAC to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and give back to the cause, with hopes of enabling other people to receive treatment. Three years ago, we helped them create a logo for the event, and have since worked with them each year to provide digital advertising as well as print materials and apparel for the event.
