When she’s not being a girl boss, Chrissy is probably at one of her four boys’ sporting events. She’s also heavily involved in the Wichita community, where she serves on the Downtown Wichita Board of Directors, Wichita Chamber Board of Directors, and hosts The Bourbon Salute, an event benefitting the 1st Sergeant’s Council on McConnell Air Force Base. Some of her hobbies include playing volleyball, watching college sports, reading John Grisham, and forcing her husband to travel and try new things.

Kaleigh has 8+ years of design experience. She came to Hexcode as a graphic designer and grew into the role of creative director after diving into marketing and all its facets. She loves being a mentor, helping businesses flourish, and learning from others. Her interest in design and the creative industry comes from her background in art and being a self-proclaimed pop culture freak since childhood. She has a background in print with 10 years of experience in pre-press and production in newspapers and print shops, which led to her obsession with registration, dot gain, and all the fine details. Kaleigh enjoys using visual communication to solve problems creatively. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in marketing from Wichita State University. In 2023, Kaleigh won the Wichita Business Journal’s Women Who Lead in Marketing Award and was an honoree for the 2025 Wichita Business Journal Marketing Awards.

Kaleigh is a mother of one daughter, Noemi, and a dog mom of three. She loves to travel and take in all things art: shows, film, architecture, and music.

During his education, he gained practical experience working full-time at one of the largest logistics companies in the country.
